Korean Air

imageKorean Air made our experience flying completely stress-free and lovely. They really cater to kids and offered around-the-clock service to make sure my LE was comfortable and well-fed!

The plane was so much cleaner than the domestic and European airlines I’ve been taking the last several years.

Epic Journey

After a 14 hour flight to Seoul (direct from Dulles), and a 1.5 hour car ride to our residence, we made it to the Land of the Morning Calm! It’s our first morning here and we are having an early  breakfast at Tom N Toms Coffee, a better-than-Starbucks coffee joint in Cheongdam. I am totally impressed with the quality of coffee here (which I need after 7 hours of sleep in the last 48 hours).

My Little Emperor didn’t sleep more than 3 hours on the flight (and I noticed, neither did any of the other 8 children on the flight) and woke up at 2am local time and didn’t go back to bed. Other than that, we are excited to see what Seoul has in store for us on our first day.
